Working with templates in PSP-without fluffy edges( best result)
Select one of the template layers, select all, float, defloat
paste your paper as new layer, selections, invert, delete
If you fill with a collor, then first do new rasterlayer.
Delete the template layers as you are finished with them.
It will not give fluffy edges!
With fluffyedges

Cool! I was wondering about this. I was just softening the edges to blend it a bit but that doesnt work as well. Thank you!
